Advisor remuneration system

Our remuneration system is based on three elements that have both positive and negative effects:

  • A proper analysis and adequately chosen products influence the generated results of investors’ portfolios, subsequently, also having direct influence on remuneration of the advisor, the remuneration increases together with an increase of asset value
  • The second factor is the balance of the Clients’ assets - very often, after some time, our Clients, being satisfied with our services and generated result, increase their capital participation (transfer their funds that were invested in other financial institutions)
  • The third factor, which is at the same time the most satisfying factor for our advisors is the clients’ recommendation, which reflects the very high level of trust and satisfaction with our services.
