Jan Żuralski

Master of Science in Engineering, a graduate of the Poznan University of Economics, University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics. He completed studies for financial market dealers, in the area of business valuation, Polish and foreign accounting standards and capital market law.

  • Active in the financial industry since 2004, he was employed in the Head Office of BZ WBK S.A. Brokerage House
  • In the years 2009-2014 he cooperated with Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion as the Client Investment Director, taking care of key customers and also designing the model of macroeconomic analysis in process of investment advice in Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion.
  • Awarded with numerous distinctions among the best colleagues for his accomplishments. A co-author of a number of new products and effective investment strategies.
  • An originator of a fund investing globally in the shale gas technology, which proved to be a top fund in Poland in terms of investment results and sales.

Rafał Wodziński

Rafał Wodziński

A graduate of the Faculty of Organization and Management at the University of Warsaw. He completed numerous courses in the fields of management, negotiation and communication. He has been active in the investment fund market since 1994.

  • In the years 1994-1997 he worked for Financial Services Sp. z o.o. and Investment Fund Company Sp. z o.o.
  • In the years 1997-2003 he continued his career in Deutsche Bank, where he co-created DWS Polska TFI S.A.
  • Since 2004 he held the position of the Board Member in SKARBIEC Serwis Finansowy Sp. z o.o., supervising retail sales of investment funds and pension funds.
  • From 2006 to 2012 employed in Skarbiec TFI S.A. in the position of the Managing Director where was in charge of sales strategy planning and implementation, based on external sales channels as well as its own implemented and extended network.
  • At the moment he holds the position of the Vice-President of the Board in Private Wealth Consulting, where he is in charge of implementation of sales development strategies with regard to acquisition of new partners-advisors, financial consulting companies, as well as development of the product offer.
